Thanks Team!
This if our first shot at doing this. After some discussion with our Lighting team and especially our Video team we have recorded a simple wide shot (SD for now, sorry) of the lighting cues after programming is complete. We will do our best to have this up by Friday evening each week and possibly Thursday like today.
Our goal here is for you to be able to see what type of environment you will be working with behind the camera or console. You will see where there are large lighting cues as well as drops where band lights are completely taken out. If you have any questions regarding the weekend cues leave a comment below and we will answer back very quickly.
Thanks guys and we hope you utilize this tool and it helps you in preparing for Sunday!
Here is installment number #2 of our IMAG Commentary Video Podcast. We will come up with an official title one day. The good news is we cut this one down from 40+ minutes to 20 minutes & 26 seconds.
Here we focus on two main things throughout the entire video:

ps: we are still unhappy with the recording, but we are a few steps closer to a good deliver format
Yesterday Nick Warkentien, Paul Trogden and myself sat down for around 40 minutes to record our first of many “IMAG Commentary” videos. The video format is all three of us sitting down together watching back a single song from a few Sundays back to simply critique it. We have recorded both the IMAG video, ourselves and the audio from both sources.
We do apologize for the audio quality. Next week we will have a new recording format that will sound much better.
The purpose behind taking the time to record and post these videos is to help you further your skill set behind the gear. Each week we as a team tend to watch back the video from Sunday and comment on what we like and dislike. We can spend hours discussing what types of shots we are wanting to see and what kind of style we are looking for to be directed. But these conversations never make it out to the entire team in a well communicated form. So this is where these weekly videos come in to play.
Each week head to www.pc3production.org and look for the latest installment of “IMAG Commentary“. Take notes on what you hear and please comment below if you have any questions or concerns. We will also begin asking you guys specific questions that if you would like help answer by commenting as well below on the same post.
Thanks Guys and we hope the video below begins pushing the team in a tighter direction!
Paschal
