Vision: “To create an engaging experience within a distraction free environment that reaches people and helps them walk with God.”

The production team is broken up into four separate teams that serve each weekend: Video, Lighting, Audio & Stage Direction (to learn about each position click here). There is no experience required to begin serving, but we will train you in your desired area.  We ask each new volunteer to commit to serving for one year including your training period.  Also, volunteers need to be available to serve twice a month for either the two AM services or two PM services.

This is a team where very unique gifts are used such as running a camera, directing other volunteers, or cuing words for the worship leaders.  Many of the production volunteers that are now serving at PC3 had little to no experience with any of the equipment, but simply had a heart for serving God in a unique way.
